This may sound stupid but, could your distributer have slipped upwards enough so that it is not turning? If not, I would loose the timing light aproach and get a test light to check power at the coil while cranking. It could be something as simple as a loose crimp on spade on the wire.

yeah i have, and i have tested all the wires with a multimeter, and even the ignition wire is not giting aenough juice through it, so i am going to replace it. the thanks for all the comments guys.

Oh I see now,makes sense 
I was wondering why you mentioned checking that side of the coil.
Good to know that trick no matter what 'yer driving.Umm, or not driving.
