I love that bender!!! I build a lot of bumpers for the dirt track racers around here. Fabricating is good therapy. I hope I can fit that chunk in there perfectly. Very Happy I'm just gonna take my time measure 5 times cut once. Did you get my check yet?

I am going with a 6" wider beam, Disc brakes Bilstein shocks and I don't know what else Very Happy

I cut the frame head off last night. It was ugly inside.

It was cracked REALLY !! bad.

I then smoothed out the remaining area and just for a test fit I put in a small piece of tunnel steak.

My assistants Very Happy

I am planning on welding here...

And here of course..

I held the new frame head in place just to get a look at what I need to do next.

Any suggestions?

I got the frame head mounted today !!!!
Here are a few more progress pics.
I started by drilling some holes in the tunnel to use as plug weld locations

Then it was time to start attaching the frame head.

Just for fun I mounted the new beam... I like it.

My pleasure, great work, how did the welding go on the Kingpin? Any binds? Don't expect especially with your level of work.
