stereo??

anyone got a stereo that is ok for a baja. i dont need no nice one in it just something that is going to be able to be heard over the stinger.

get one that will use a SD card or USB thumb drive. We have one in the van and it works great, as for Baja's, no CD or Tape deck to get dirt in. Well all come with a CD slot now but we just use the thumb drive.

anyone got a stereo sitting around somewhere they want to sell. because i dont want to buy a new one for the reason being that i dont want to reck something that is expensive and nice.

I have a few hat the house. Kracko Tape Decks and a Sony Tape deck, not sure how well both work if not at all.

I have a crappy old amp i bought at a flee market for 5 euro's.
Marantz or something. It only has tulips. I hook up my phone to it.
It has 150 watt. I hate radio (to much talking) anyway so this works fine for me.

Something like this would be a good idea. No cd player or tape deck to get messed up. Just plug in an MP3 player, Ipod, or portable radio or whatever of your choice and two speakers and you are good to go. Won't be loud or anything, but I figure with two of the kickpanel speaker boxes and a cheap set of speakers, it would be a decent budget stereo that would be pretty cheap altogether. Think I may pick one of these up after payday and see what old beat up speaker boxes I have laying around the garage. I know I had a few sets of those 20 dollar checker auto speakers in boxes at my old man's last time I looked... Now you have me thinking Dan. HAHA!
