I am in desperate need of a hydraulic clutch pedal assy.

My hook broke finally and since it has a stage 3 1700# clutch in it IF i am going to keep the car I have to go hydraulic so the wife can drive it.

there was somebody who mentioned they had one back in april or may when we held the first az baja meeting cause they offered to come put it on so i could drive it after my surgery.

If it is still available let me know fast cause i either got to fix it or sell it.

Well short answer no.

But there is a story to tell Smile

My wife has the issue not so much me. The previous owner had rebuilt the engine and put the stage 3 in and replaced cable etc.

Since we have had the car I noticed that it was stiff (and i used to drive a semi) and was surpised that it was as stiff as it was.

Friday night the wife (who drives the car very seldom) got in and then came back in and said "i cant get it into reverse or first" so I went out and saw the pedal on the floor and thought well cable snapped.

wasnt the cable it was the pedal shaft and i replaced that and felt inside to feel the loop on the cable and it was kinda marred so i thought well hell i got a new cable might as well put it in while i am here.

got the old cable about a foot out and it stuck. I mean really freakin stuck. Towed the car to TNT yesterday morning and they pulled on that bitch for awhile before it came out and it wasnt kinked or frayed it was just bone freakin dry (NO GREASE) never had been any it looked just like the new cable.

They put my new one in and greased it every inch and the stage 3 is 1/3rd the pressure it was and isnt much harder than a stock.

So Moral of the story is when in doubt GREASE THE FU*KER
