Two new BFG All Terrains 33x12.50x15

They came mounted on 15x8 wide five Centerlines.

I also picked up a brand new 33x10.50 BFG Mud Terrain on a Chevy rim and a used one for the spare. This will be the next size rear tire on the rail.

I've been sanding sanding sanding.
Grinded some metal away from the rear.
And removed the clamps that hold the hood rubbers.

Also been figuring out what to do with the dash.
I'm thinking about grinding a stripe of the bottom and putting it on another angle. Should be nice.

Drove mine to Tim's in AJ (Marvin Shaw shocks) and had them service all four shocks with nitrogen. Drives like a whole different car!

Sanding and refitting the hood. As you can see in the picture there is a large gap in the middle and it is stuck on the sites. I grinded a ribbon of but the 'height' curve is not okay either so I'm still figuring out how to make a better fit. Perhaps by putting it under tension with a spanner and then glue some fiberglass to keep it in place. The hoods shape just isn't right Sad

Started taking some of the carpet out for the cage! Wink

found out the guy who did the carpeting knew what he was doing... I always wondered why my baja is so much quieter than everyone elses I have ridden in...Wellll, the guy did carpet, then under that some insulating soft padding, AND underneath that a styrofoam type insulation material! Cool

hopefully I will be able to get it back in how it was after the cage is in

Corrected valve lash from my last failed attempt, helps when you know what your doing. did a quick clean on the jets for my carb. drained all the old gas out and hopefully corrected the gas leak on the tank spout and fuel pump. reseated the super trapp discs a little lighter, i over tightened the first time.
