I have a 67,and I have a full fiberglass front end, rear fenders, and apron for it. Is there a guide or anything out there to show where exactly I need to cut the sheet metal up front to fit this all? I don't want any of the old sheetmetal up front,as I'm going to run tubing around up front, but I don't know where to stop,or start? Halp please?

Basically most folks have always just held the pieces up in place, like 3 bolts on each fender, then mark it where to cut and take off the glass before cutting.

When I was a little kid and my 58 Baja Bug was a new stock Bug, my dad worked at Lockheed Aircraft's "Skunk Works", building the world's most exotic aircraft. He later went on to working for NASA. He had a favorite saying about building things:
"Cut to shape, hammer to fit, and paint to match!"

Get it?

It is cut to fit. No rules on were or how to cut. That is up to you. I do like to leave about a Half to 3/4 of metal at the corners and bend them with the 3lb hammer around the corners etc. and not just leave a sharp edge. Also do not cut parts that hold the car together. Spot welds etc. Make sure it is part that you do not need before you cut it.
